Being Filipino American is a core part of who I am, and it shapes the way I move through the world—especially in music and art. My journey as a trumpeter began in high school, where I quickly became a standout in the band. Performing felt natural to me, and I embraced every chance to step into the spotlight, lead with confidence, and connect with the audience. My dedication wasn’t just about mastering the trumpet; it was about honoring my roots and showing how passion, discipline, and cultural pride can create something powerful.
Art has always been another extension of my voice. Whether I’m sketching, painting, or exploring new creative mediums, I treat visual art the same way I treat music—with intention, emotion, and a desire to tell a story. Both art forms allow me to express parts of myself that words can’t always capture, and they help me connect with people on a deeper level.
But beyond the talent and the craft, what defines me most is my heart. I’ve always believed in lifting others up, making sure everyone feels included, supported, and valued. Whether I’m helping someone refine their musical skills, encouraging them to share their own creativity, or simply being there to listen, I take pride in creating a space where people feel safe to grow. That sense of community is something my culture taught me—we rise together.

Born with a passion for music, I have always found solace in the rhythms and melodies that shape our world. My early favorite song was none other than Michael Jackson's "Smooth Criminal." (At age 5) The catchy beat and electrifying energy of that track ignited my love for music, inspiring me to explore various genres and styles throughout my life.
As a proud graduate of Lincoln Northeast, I honed my musical talents and developed my skills as a trumpeter. Participating in the school's show choir, I embraced the stage, combining my love for singing and instrumental performance. Those formative years not only nurtured my creativity but also fostered lifelong friendships and unforgettable memories.
In addition to my musical aspirations, I have a deep appreciation for cars. The intricate designs and engineering behind each vehicle fascinate me, and I often find myself drawn to classic models and innovations within the automotive industry. Whether I'm jamming to a favorite tune or admiring the latest car models, my passions continue to shape who I am today.
